Heya, I'm giving adoptables a shot! Comments are highly appreciated.
A nice day out means a stroll around the neighborhood! Just what you've been looking forward to, fresh air filled your lungs as you took your time out of your evening to walk down the shopping alley at the edge of the town center. Surprisingly, there was no big crowds that filled the streets today-- and this further elevated your mood.

You decide to go window shopping, browsing for items you might need as you walk. A new outfit? Nope, you're not THAT vain to need a wardrobe change every month. Perhaps some groceries? You mull for a moment. As far as you can tell, your only crisis right now is the low stock of chocolate chip cookies in your cabinet-- how you long for sweet, sugary treats!

Just as the thought crossed your mind, you notice an unfamiliar sweets store at the corner of your eye. Hmm, perhaps chocolate chip cookies can wait.

You enter the shop. The shopkeeper stops noting down the piles of stock as she notices you, and perks up, giving a smile, urging you to browse what they had in store right now...

A nearby scrap of paper, pasted near the displays, catches your eye.~~~~~~~~ Sweets Shop Rules: - A sweet token costs 2 mil TU for the first two batches. Prices are to change, so do come by and take one home! - You will be granted sweet tokens equivalent to the amount of TU you transfer to the shopkeeper immediately. - All purchases come with a complementary treat for your sweet cravings! - Stocks vary. Only one item per person every batch! - You may not sell what you get. - More rules to come when shopkeeper finishes taking care of the stocks.~~~~~~~~

A sweet smell wafts from the package. You can almost not resist poking the squishy display rabbits. Is this REALLY a sweets shop? Who would have the heart to eat them?!
"As you might suspect, the mochi isn't really made to be eaten. Well you could, IF you were heartless and really wanted to--" The shopkeeper said, giggling. "But I'm sure you won't regret the purchase. You'll get one of the little darlings from a pack."~~~~~"...Well that's all for now. I'll put new goods on display when they arrive, don't you worry." |

Sorry for the confusion, BoredDragon! All you have to do is send the TU and you'll be granted equivalent amount of sweet tokens automatically!

You hand over the sweet tokens you've obtained to the shopkeeper, as well as one pack of suspiciously-shaped Mochi.
Swiftly, the shopkeeper wraps up your purchase in a nifty paper shopping bag. "Thanks for your purchase! Take care of them well, and come again!" the shopkeeper chimed with glee, waving as you leave the store in a hurry, eager to introduce a sugary friend to your home. ~~~~~When you arrive home, you hurriedly open the pack,and out tumbles..
Azuki! Azuki likes acting tough, but one good patting session can happily make her cling to your hand.
Whoa! She smells faintly of sweet, sweet red bean jam. You can almost gobble her up! Your small mochi friend huddles against your affectionate pats in glee.
You also find a complementary cookie pack in the bag. Neat!

You drop the sweet tokens to the palm of the shopkeeper, who smiles at you as you decide between the last two packs of suspiciously-shaped mochi, and finally pick the one on the right. The shopkeeper puts it in the paper shopping bag, and hands it over to you to bring home!
"Thanks for your purchase! Take care of them well, and come again!" You give the shopkeeper a wave as you leave through the front door and walk home. ~~~~~When you arrive home, you hurriedly open the pack,and out rolls..  Budou!Budou is sweet and affectionate, but too much poking and cheek-pulling may result in him refusing to climb on your hand for days!
His smell reminds you of sweet, squishy, grape-flavored gummy candies. Your small mochi fried slowly climbs to your hand and hugs your thumb!
You also find a complementary cookie pack in the bag. Neat!
