Updates will semi-regularly causes issues with gameplay, including the one I installed on 5/1/24. I can load the game, but everything is frozen and I can't do anything except look at the screen. Beyond recurring bugs, game play is fine, although often a bit stale and/or simplistic. Game has become, overall, geared towards "pay-to-play" and newer players. Events are often times exceedingly easy and things are often behind a pay wall. Can be played completely free, of course.

I have to uninstall and reinstall after every time that I close the app. I either keep being told that my account failed to authenticate... or the loading bar freezes a bit over halfway, at the same spot every time. Clearing cache, restarting the phone, and clearing up memory make no difference. App and phone always have the latest updates available, and my service is either a 5G or "excellent" wifi connection. Pokemon Go plus+ also has to be re-paired constantly.

The latest update made terrible changes to the player graphics. They look awful, and the options are not too good either. The battle with friends option isn't working either, I'm not sure if this was pre-existing. Following routes is glitchy also. 50% of my routes stop midway and don't complete. As a whole, this game takes entirely too much storage space.
