Industrilization of Waste Management Towards Green Energy

Waste management is one of the priorities of the G20 through the Food and Waste (FLW) handling agenda which is an important concern and study in the G20 agenda during the Indonesian presidency in 2022. Legislation is also an important reference for waste management. Waste is material that is wasted or destroyed by humans and natural sources and has no economic value. Waste comes from households, agriculture, offices, shops, hospitals, markets and others.

Waste disposal that is not taken care of properly will cause big problems, with the increase in population, the increase in waste produced, this will affect environmental pollution due to the irregularity of these wastes. Some of the factors that make waste unsustainable are the lack of public education in handling and disposing of waste, as well as processing waste. To solve the waste problem as a whole, the application of processing is needed.
