Registration Tutorial

Before requesting, please check whether you will need Visa to enter Indonesia: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

To all overseas participant, to obtain Visa Invitation letter, below process need to be completed:

1. Register and pay through Sportdata

2. Book Official Hotel through e-mail [email protected] and made full payment.

3. Send us the list of participants who need Visa Invitation Letter with information : Passport Number / Full Name / Date of Birth / Passport Expiration Date / Arrival Date / Departure Date / Hotel.

4. We will issued the Visa Invitation Letter after all documents provided.

Please take note that Visa Issuance will be from Government of Indonesia based on your documents. We, as the organizers, doesn't have any right to accept or reject participants. However, if you complete the the steps above, we will provide you with the Visa Invitation Letter.

1. Does the team should represent National Federation?

Answers:

No need, you can represent yourself as an individual, your club, your region or your country. However, Philippines Karate Federation has confirmed to put this as mandatory.

2. Can participate who registers in sanctioned / weigh category also compete in beginner/festival categories?

Answers:

Yes, you can

3. Does the mandatory brand to compete is SHUREIDO?

Answers:

No need.

4. Does the Karate-Gi have to be red and blue, or can it be plain (white)?

Answers:

Both can. Plain/White Gi is also acceptable.

5. Is it mandatory to wear WKF Approved equipment?

Answers:

It is not mandatory but due to safety, please wear at least WKF Style equipment.

6. Is it permissible to wear a hijab that is not in accordance with WKF Approved?
